PS IT Infrastructure & Services Limited, currently undergoing corporate insolvency resolution, has released a provisional list of prospective resolution applicants.

Out of the expressions of interest received, eight applicants have been provisionally included.

Three applicants were excluded due to issues like not meeting minimum net-worth criteria or non-receipt of earnest money deposit.

The eligibility of the included applicants is currently under verification, and they are required to submit any pending documents.

This marks a key step in identifying potential entities to submit resolution plans, moving the company forward in its insolvency process.
