BNR Udyog Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1st.

This closure will remain in place until 48 hours after the company declares the financial results for the quarter ending June 30th.

The company will soon announce the date of the board meeting where these financial results will be considered.
