The First Custodian Fund (India) Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for company securities, effective July 1. This action precedes a board meeting scheduled to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these financial results are declared.

This measure restricts all designated persons, including directors, promoters, employees, and their immediate relatives, along with associated third parties, from trading company securities during this period to maintain market integrity and prevent insider trading.
