Nidhi Granites has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing to approve its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The audited standalone results show a loss of Rs. 126.56 lakhs for the year.

However, consolidated revenue saw a strong jump to Rs. 65.20 Cr from Rs. 45.28 Cr previously, driving consolidated net profit to Rs. 7.68 Cr, significantly up from Rs. 1.92 Cr.

This improvement reflects the strategic acquisition of Paynov8 Private Limited for Rs. 0.61 Cr, expanding into the Financial Technology segment.

Shareholders will also vote on re-appointments of directors and auditors.

No dividend has been declared for the year.
