Durlax Top Surface allotted 1.03 Cr fully convertible warrants at Rs. 47.50 each to promoters and non-promoters.

This will raise Rs. 49.00 Cr for the company, with Rs. 12.25 Cr received upfront.

These warrants will convert into equivalent equity shares.
