Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited has completed its full withdrawal from Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery LLP, where it previously held a 16% partnership interest.

The company has now ceased to be a partner, with its capital contribution settled.

This strategic decision aims to optimize capital allocation, enhance financial flexibility, and reduce future commitments.

SBAL plans to redeploy these freed-up resources to expand its core Food and Steel Rolling Businesses, expecting improved capital efficiency and overall liquidity.
