PG Foils Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and specified connected persons.

This closure, effective from July 1st, is for the upcoming declaration of the financial results for the quarter.

Trading will remain restricted until 48 hours after these results are publicly announced.

The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately, in line with the company's internal code.
