Rexnord Electronics & Controls Ltd. has executed Labour and Manpower Supply Agreements with M/s. S. K. Management Services and M/s. R. K. Management Services.

These agreements aim to provide skilled, semi-skilled, and administrative personnel across various operational departments, including production and facility support.

While these are related party transactions, the company states they are conducted at arm's length.

The agreements, effective from June 1, 2026, until March 31, 2027, involve a 3% service charge over the monthly wage bill, with an overarching budgetary limit of INR 10 crore.

This ensures crucial operational manpower for the company.
