Record Date

Afcons Infrastructure has set July 23, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹2.00 per share (20%) for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, pending approval at the AGM on July 30, 2026. If declared, the payout will be made by August 28, 2026. This date also serves as the cut-off for AGM voting.
