All segments—Consumer, Remarketing, and Classifieds—contributed positively, with Consumer Group revenue jumping 30% and its segment result up 74%. The company's strategy hinges on innovation, leveraging proprietary data, and AI to solidify its market leadership.
Focus areas include asset-light transaction enablement via finance, escrow, and logistics partnerships, along with a unified tech backbone for synergies.
Recent innovations include an AI Companion for new-car buying, the "CarTrade Used Auto" platform, "SuperDost AI" for used autos, and OLX India's 2.0 features (Elite Buyer/Seller, verification, AI agents). A key partnership with IDFC FIRST aims to embed finance in used-car and goods transactions.
For FY26, EPS was ₹47, backed by cash reserves of approximately ₹300 Cr.
