Shah Metacorp's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 9,71,63,362 equity shares at ₹4.86 per share.

This successful allotment, seeing a 94.82% subscription, has raised ₹47.22 Cr for the company.

Consequently, the paid-up equity capital has increased from ₹88.52 Cr to ₹98.24 Cr.

This capital infusion strengthens the company's financial position and supports its operational needs.

Notably, promoter and promoter group holding slightly increased from 29.15% to 29.49% post-allotment.
