Hemadri Cement, which is undergoing voluntary liquidation, has initiated the closure of its trading window for company securities.

This measure prevents directors, key management personnel, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from dealing in shares.

The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter are declared.

The company will separately announce the date of the board meeting to consider these results, ensuring fair information access for all stakeholders.
