Ace Engitech has announced the closure of its Trading Window for company securities starting July 01, 2026. This window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter.

This restriction applies to Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and related parties, including auditors and consultants.

This move aims to prevent insider trading ahead of financial disclosures.

The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be announced later.
