Record Date

Refex's board has set **July 24, 2026, as the Record Date** to identify shareholders eligible for the **final dividend**. If shareholders approve this at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 31, 2026, the dividend will be disbursed by August 29, 2026. The board also approved the FY25-26 annual report and proposed reallocating ₹19.06 Cr from preferential issue proceeds, subject to shareholder vote at the AGM.
