Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Thirtieth (30th) Meeting of the Committee of Creditors ( CoC ) originally scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 04:00 Noon, was deferred.

The meeting was subsequently convened and concluded on Monday, June 29, 2026, held from 11:00 A.M. to 11:55 A.M. via video conferencing (Zoom).
