Azad India Mobility Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, effective July 01. This measure is in preparation for the upcoming declaration of the financial results for the quarter.

The trading restriction will remain in place until 48 hours after these results are made public.

The company will separately announce the board meeting date for considering and approving these quarterly financial results.
