Suryaamba Spinning Mills has announced a change in its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Ms. Kriti Ladha has resigned from the position.

Ms. Suchita Dandekar has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, ensuring continuity in crucial compliance functions.
