RGF Capital Markets has closed its trading window for company securities, effective July 1. This action is taken in anticipation of the upcoming declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended June 30. The window will remain closed for all insiders, including Board Members and designated persons, until 48 hours after these results are publicly announced.

The company will announce the date for the Board Meeting to approve these results in due course.
