Auro Laboratories' Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kiran Suresh Kulkarni as Whole Time Director for three years, effective May 24, 2027, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Kulkarni, with over 25 years of experience in quality control and assurance, oversees critical functions at the manufacturing facility.

This ensures leadership continuity in a key operational area.

The company has also scheduled its 37th Annual General Meeting for August 11, 2026, to be held virtually, allowing shareholders to participate and vote on important matters.
