VCU Data Management has closed its trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 01. This standard procedure helps prevent insider trading leading up to the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these results are made public.

The company will separately announce the board meeting date to approve the financial results, ensuring fair information dissemination to all investors.
