Company Update

Amba Enterprises' shareholders have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ketan Harilal Mehta as the Company's Managing Director and Chairman for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2026, until March 31, 2031. Mr. Mehta brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and trading transformer lamination products.

Under his guidance, Amba has consistently surpassed performance targets and developed growth strategies, ensuring continued leadership and strategic direction for the company.

He is not related to any other director.
