Sahara Maritime's board has appointed Ms. Ramdulari Saini as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

The company also appointed M/s K. K. Jhunjhunwala & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors.

This auditor appointment, following a suggestion from the Audit Committee, fills a vacancy left by M/s G A M P & Co.'s resignation and requires shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

These changes strengthen the company's compliance and audit functions.
