Sera Investments & Finance India Limited's board has approved key changes to its governance structure.

The company appointed Neha Vinod Kothari and Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah as Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Directors.

Concurrently, Saurabh Shah resigned as an Independent Director.

These board alterations led to the reconstitution of the company's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, aiming to strengthen board oversight and strategic direction for shareholders.
