GTN Textiles has submitted a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

This certificate confirms that for the recent quarter, all shares received for electronic conversion (dematerialization) were properly processed, either accepted or rejected, and reported to depositories and stock exchanges.

Physical share certificates converted to electronic format were duly cancelled and shareholder records updated within 15 days.

This ensures proper management of shareholder records and the integrity of the company's share capital.
