BPCL is strengthening its global energy footprint!

Its subsidiary, BPRL Ventures BV, is taking full control of IBV Brasil Petroleo Limitada by acquiring the remaining 39.14% stake.

This strategic move, valued at Rs. 2,312 Cr, boosts BPCL's access to additional equity oil and gas resources from Brazil.
