Morarka Finance has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) confirming compliance with share dematerialisation processes for the recent quarter.

The RTA verified that all securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation were confirmed to depositories and are listed on stock exchanges.

Additionally, security certificates received for dematerialisation were properly processed, mutilated, and cancelled, with depositories' names updated in the register of members.

This ensures proper handling of shareholder records and efficient share transfers, maintaining transparency and regulatory adherence.
