Suyog Gurbaxani Funicular Ropeways Limited has issued a postal ballot notice for key corporate actions.

Shareholders will vote on re-appointing Mr. Anil Gurbaxani and Mr. Suyog Gurbaxani as Whole-time Directors for five-year terms, ensuring leadership continuity and leveraging their experience in project management and business development.

Additionally, the company proposes a preferential issue of 1.2 crore equity shares at ₹40 each to non-promoter/public shareholders, aiming to raise ₹48 crore.

This capital infusion will fund working capital, capital expenditure, and general corporate needs, supporting future growth initiatives.
