SERA Investments & Finance India Limited announced changes to its Board and committee structure.

Neha Vinod Kothari, a Chartered Accountant with experience in the insurance sector, and Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah, a Company Secretary and lawyer with capital market expertise, have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors.

Concurrently, Saurabh Shah has resigned as an Independent Director for personal reasons.

These appointments and resignation have led to the reconstitution of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise to the company's governance.
