MPL Plastics announced receiving a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India, for the quarter ending June 30. The certificate verifies that all physical shares submitted for dematerialisation were processed correctly.

This includes confirming receipt to depositories, ensuring the shares are listed on exchanges, and cancelling the original physical certificates.

The depositories' names were also updated in the company's records as registered owners within the required timelines.

This routine update assures investors of efficient and compliant share transfer processes.
