Sunshield Chemicals Limited's shareholders have confirmed the reappointment of Mr. Cyrus Poonevala as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective from 15th January 2027. Mr. Poonevala, an experienced Aircraft Engineer with over 30 years in aviation, brings significant expertise in operations, risk oversight, and governance to the Board.

This reappointment ensures continued experienced leadership, vital for the company's strategic direction and robust oversight.

He is not related to any other directors and is eligible to serve.
