Amber Enterprises' subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics, has boosted its stake in step-down subsidiary Ascent Circuits Private Limited.

IL JIN acquired an additional 1.00% equity in Ascent for Rs. 8 Crore, increasing its total ownership from 97.50% to 98.50%. This strategic move by Amber further consolidates its control and integration of Ascent Circuits, a key part of its existing ecosystem.

The acquisition strengthens Amber's overall operational footprint within its current portfolio, reflecting continued confidence and solidifying its position with this incremental financial outlay.
