ABM Knowledgeware has set Thursday, 23rd July, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company's board had previously proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share, representing 25% of the Rs. 5 face value.

This dividend proposal awaits shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 30th July, 2026. If approved by shareholders, eligible investors will receive their dividend payments by 29th August, 2026.
