Walchand PeopleFirst Ltd. announced its 106th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

Members will consider the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The company also announced a final dividend of INR 1 (10%) per equity share of INR 10 each for FY 2025-26. The record date for this dividend is Friday, July 17, 2026, with payout on or after Monday, August 03, 2026, if approved.
