Sri Lotus Developers and Realty has finalized its strategic investment, completing the acquisition of additional equity shares in its three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Veera Desai Projects, Dhiti Projects, and Prasati Projects.

The company injected a total of ₹4.91 Cr through a rights issue, subscribing to shares at ₹10 each.

This capital infusion is a key step to strengthen the financial standing of these core realty entities, likely boosting their capacity for future project development and operational growth within the company's existing portfolio.
