Oriana Power's promoters, Rupal Gupta, Parveen Kumar, and Anirudh Saraswat, have placed 52.83 lakh equity shares under a Non-Disposal Undertaking (NDU). This NDU secures a ₹200 Cr loan facility for the company.

Each promoter has committed 17.61 lakh shares (approx 8.67% of total share capital) to this agreement.

This move increases their total encumbered holding to 25.27 lakh shares each (around 12.44% of total share capital). For investors, this signals the promoters' strong support for the company's financing needs, but also means a larger portion of their stake is now under restriction.
