The company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agent certified that for the quarter ending June, all securities submitted for dematerialization were properly processed.

This included confirming shares to depositories, ensuring they are listed on stock exchanges, physically cancelling original certificates after verification, and updating the company's register of members with the depository's name within 15 days.

This ensures accurate and secure management of share conversions from physical to electronic form, safeguarding investor holdings.
