Windsor Machines has allotted 1.73 Cr equity shares to a promoter group member at ₹191.85/share, converting remaining warrants.

This raised ₹24.93 Cr, increasing paid-up capital to ₹20.69 Cr and total shares to 10.35 Cr.

All 2.61 Cr preferential warrants are now fully exercised.
