Saint-Gobain Sekurit India announced its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) has effectively managed all dematerialisation requests.

The RTA confirmed that all physical shares submitted for electronic conversion were duly processed, verified, and cancelled.

This ensures that securities are correctly listed on stock exchanges and the company's share registry is accurately updated, providing clarity and efficiency for shareholders regarding their holdings.
