Purohit Construction Limited has announced the incorporation of a new Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named PEB PCL INFRACON LLP.

This new entity will focus on prefabricated constructions and other construction projects, expanding the company's operational scope.

Purohit Construction holds a 51% stake in the LLP, contributing ₹ 51,000 towards the total capital of ₹ 1,00,000. This strategic move enhances the company's presence in key construction segments and aligns with its business growth objectives.
