The RTA verified that all securities received for dematerialization from Depository Participants were promptly processed, either accepted or rejected, and that these shares are listed on the stock exchanges.

Furthermore, physical security certificates were properly mutilated and cancelled, with depositories registered as the new owners in the company's records within 15 days.

This ensures efficient and compliant handling of electronic share conversions, assuring shareholders their demat requests are processed accurately.
