Waa Solar Limited confirmed its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) has processed share dematerialization requests for the quarter ending June 30. The RTA verified all securities received for dematerialization were processed, confirmed with depositories, and subsequently listed.

Physical share certificates were mutilated and cancelled after due verification, and depositories' names were updated in the company's records within the stipulated timeframe.
