Multibase India has confirmed that its share transfer agent, MUFG Intime India, has issued a compliance certificate for the quarter ended June 30. This certificate ensures that all shares submitted for electronic conversion (dematerialisation) were accurately processed.

It verifies that these shares were confirmed to depositories, remain listed on stock exchanges, and that physical certificates were properly cancelled.
