Jumbo Bag Limited has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting.

Key agenda items include adopting financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, which saw turnover rise from Rs 118.20 Cr to Rs 126.72 Cr and profit after tax jump from Rs 3.24 Cr to Rs 8.50 Cr.

Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of Director Shri G.S.

Srinivas, declaration of a dividend, and a proposed revision to the Statutory Auditors' remuneration effective from the next financial year due to expanded audit scope.
