Refex Industries' promoter, Refex Holding Private Limited, has acquired 10 lakh (1 Cr) equity shares through open market purchases.

This transaction increased the promoter group's total shareholding in Refex Industries from 55.84% to 56.57%, marking a 0.73% stake increase and strengthening their control.
