The company has already dispatched the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 via email to eligible shareholders.

Shareholders can participate through remote e-voting, which will be available from July 27 to July 29, 2026. Eligibility for voting is based on shareholding as of July 23, 2026. The Register of Members will remain closed from July 24 to July 30, 2026, for the AGM.
