Housing Development Corporation Limited announced the submission of a routine compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

This certificate confirms that all shares received for dematerialisation during the last quarter were processed correctly, either accepted or rejected, and subsequently listed on stock exchanges.

Furthermore, physical certificates were cancelled, and shareholder records were updated with depositories as the new registered owners.

This ensures transparent and efficient management of shareholder demat requests.
