Suraj Finvest unpledged approximately 1.06 crore shares, representing 2.43% of the total share capital, from lenders including Bajaj Finance Ltd. Separately, Diwakar Finvest unpledged approximately 2.82 crore shares, accounting for 6.47% of the total share capital, from lenders including Axis Finance Limited.

Combined, this translates to roughly 3.88 crore shares, or about 8.90% of Emami's total equity, being unpledged.
