Kalpataru Limited shareholders, an update!

The company has received approval to withdraw its proposed demerger scheme for 'Project Magnus' located in Bandra (East), Mumbai.

This project was slated to be demerged from Kalpataru Properties Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, into Kalpataru Limited.

With this withdrawal, Project Magnus will now continue to operate within Kalpataru Properties Limited as part of the existing structure.

This cancels the previously planned separation, maintaining the current operational setup for this asset.
