Saboo Sodium Chloro's wholly-owned subsidiary, Samskara Resorts Private Limited, has received a crucial land conversion order for its 23,310 square meter land parcel in Udaipur.

This greenlights the proposed Samskara Udaipur luxury hospitality project, a significant step forward for the company.

Strategically located near Maharana Pratap Airport, the resort aims for up to 300 rooms, including restaurants, large event spaces, and wellness facilities.

The company has appointed Maithel & Associates Architects and will now proceed with further planning and building approvals, setting the stage for future growth in the luxury resort sector.
