Gujarat Hotels Ltd. announced the outcome of its recent board meeting.

The board approved the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, reporting revenue from operations of 1.95 Cr and a profit after tax of 1.47 Cr, with basic earnings per share at ₹3.88. The company will hold its 44th Annual General Meeting on 26th August.

A final dividend of ₹3 per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, which the board had earlier proposed, will be paid if approved by shareholders.

The record date for this dividend is 17th July.
